Promise for Outlook
Find the follow-through hidden in Outlook conversations.
Promise remembers what you need to follow up on, what you are waiting for, and the details worth keeping from Gmail, Outlook, and quick notes.
What Promise does with Outlook
Promise connects to Outlook so it can identify commitments, follow-ups, dates, and important details across the conversations you already have. It complements Outlook by turning scattered context into timely reminders and reviewable evidence.
Common Outlook moments Promise helps with
- A stakeholder asks you to follow up after a meeting.
- You agree to send a customer update, proposal, or introduction.
- A teammate mentions a date or decision that should resurface later.
- A high-value conversation needs attention before it slips.
Evidence-backed follow-through
Promise is built around memory with receipts. When possible, it keeps the original Outlook context connected to the extracted item, so you can review what was said before deciding how to act.
What Promise does not do
Promise is not an Outlook replacement and is not an autonomous sending agent. Drafting and follow-through stay review-first: messages are not sent without explicit user confirmation.
Privacy and control
Promise requests Outlook access to find follow-through signals and show evidence. Users can disconnect Microsoft access, export their Promise data, and delete their account from Settings. For more detail, read the security overview and privacy policy.
