What Promise does

Promise helps people remember and act on commitments, follow-ups, dates, and important personal details that appear in conversations. It is not another inbox and not a manual task manager. Gmail, Outlook, and voice notes are capture sources; the product job is reliable follow-through.

Inputs

You can connect Gmail or Outlook conversations, or capture a thought in a voice note. Promise reads the content needed to find useful follow-through signals and links extracted items back to the original evidence where possible.

Outputs

Promise surfaces reminders, reply opportunities, open commitments, relationship details, and a daily view of what may need attention. It can help draft a response, but sending remains a user-confirmed action.

Promise is designed around evidence-backed memory. A reminder is more useful when you can see where it came from, who said it, and why it matters now. That provenance makes Promise different from generic AI task extraction, where the generated item can feel detached from the conversation that created it.
