What to include

Tell us what you expected, what happened, and which connected provider was involved, such as Gmail or Outlook. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys, or full message contents.

Control

Promise cannot send email without your review and confirmation. You can disconnect connected accounts through Google or Microsoft account permissions, and you can request deletion of Promise account data by contacting privacy support.
